COMMITTEES
UPF has nine committees in total, seven of whom have a representative chair on the Board of UPF.
Three of the committees – the radio, the magazine and the webmagazine – are responsible for the majority of the media production within UPF. We recently established a Photo Committee who contribute greatly to all our media productions.
The Lecture Committee and the Career and Activity Committee ensure our calendar is fully booked with interesting events for our members and are responsible for organising lectures, career seminars and social activities.
The Travel Committee works throughout the year planning two trips - one shorter trip during the autumn semester and one longer in June.
The Communications Committee is responsible for UPF’s PR, advertisement, webpage management, internal coordination and communication between committees and member related work.
In 2010, we will establish a UPF Book Club Committee so keep an eye out for more information on how to join the UPF Book Club!
