The Travel Committee

Travel abroad with UPF to gain cultural and political experience!

Every year, UPF Lund organizes two trips, one short and one long, to places of interest around the world. The short trip is open for all UPF members, while the second one is restricted to committee members only.

 

Earlier trips have gone to Hungary, Cuba, Israel, Jordan and Rwanda to name a few. Last autumn, Dublin was selected to be the destination for the shorter trip from the 12th to the 16th November. At present, the committee is evaluating the longer trip to Japan which was made the early summer of 2010. Each trip is planned solely by the members of the committee, making it possible for everyone to bring forth their own ideas and views. Members in the travelling committee work with different tasks, including organizing flights and transfers, booking lectures or searching for scholarships.
